Refund policy
RETURNS
We happily accept returns and aim to issue all refunds within 24hrs of receipt.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your goods.
Returns for a Refund:
1. Package your item and enclose your packing slip noting on it that you would like a refund and return it to us. Items can be returned by visiting the An Post website. Go to the following link, Click & Post for online postage and returns | Personal | An Post , type in Borderland Muff and fill in the details. Your item can be collected from your house or dropped off at a local An Post office or parcel locker. The cost to return your item is €4.95
2. To ensure a prompt refund please ensure that the item you wish to return is unworn/unused and has its original labels. In the case of footwear it must be returned in the original box. Any other items that come in boxes must also be returned in the original box.
3. Include your original packing note stating clearly the order name, your name and the items you are returning.
4. Items must be packaged correctly and be returned in a saleable condition. Goods returned that are not as new will not be refunded, unless they are faulty.
5. Underwear cannot be refunded
Particular care must be taken when returning wetsuits - they must be folded correctly to avoid creasing the wetsuit - Do NOT fold from one shoulder to the other as this leaves an irremovable crease down the centre of the wetsuit making it unsellable and will not be refundable.
Please Note:
1. Return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are found to be faulty.
2. The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged and obtain a proof of posting as we are unable to accept any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in the post.
For Returns for Exchange:
1. Place a new order with us and return the original item for a full refund (excluding original postage costs) - This is the quickest method.
We will then send out the new order immediately and refund the original item on its return. Ensure the item is packed as described above.
2. You can return your item and we will post the new size out. You will be required to cover the additional postage.
Refunds reaching your account:
When we process the refund it leaves our account immediately but can take up to a maximum of 10 days to reach your account. If you haven’t received your refund 10 days after receiving a refund notification please contact us then.
