RETURNS
We happily accept returns and aim to issue all refunds within 24hrs of receipt. It may take up to a week for the money to return to your account.
Returns for a Refund:
1. Package your item and enclose your packing slip noting on it that would like a refund and return it to us.
2. To ensure a prompt refund please ensure that the item you wish to return is unworn/unused and has it's original labels.
In the case of footwear it must be returned in the original box. Any other items that come in boxes must also be returned in the original box.
3. Include your original packing note stating clearly the order name, your name and the items you are returning.
4. Items must be packaged corerectly and be returned in a saleable condition. Goods returned that are not as new will not be refunded, unlesss they are faulty.
Particular care must be taken when returning wetsuits - they must be folded correctly to avoid creasing the wetsuit - Do NOT fold from one shoulder to the other.
Please Note:
1. Return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are found to be faulty.
2. The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged and obtain a proof of posting as we are
unable to accept any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in the post.
For Returns for Exchange:
1. Place a new order with us and return the original item for a full refund (excluding original postage costs) - This is the quickest method.
We will then send out the new order immediately and refund the original item on its return. Ensure the item is packed as descredibed above.
